Our typical turnaround time is 1-5 business days. However, there may be delayed processing and response times over the holidays. All orders placed after December 17th will have additional processing time and may not ship until early January 2024. How long before an order ships?

Most orders ship from our warehouse in South Portland, Maine, but some ship from Montreal, Canada. If you have further questions, please let us know you need more help. We'll respond as soon as possible!

Where do orders ship from?

Products do sometimes get restocked. For music products, the label or artist may announce a restock or reissue of one or more back titles, but we generally don't know this in advance here at the store. For apparel, posters, or accessories from previous releases, we generally do not restock once an item has sold out. There are exceptions, but this is not the norm.

If you are referring to a music title or a newer merch item, please let us know that you need more help and which item(s) you're interested in, and we can look into it.

Do you ever restock sold out items?

There are size guides available for most of our apparel products. There should be a link under the available sizes on the product page. We recommend taking a similar garment you own that fits you well, laying it out on a flat surface, measuring it and comparing the measurements to those found in the size guide. Please note that while most garments are pre-shrunk, depending on how you wash and dry them, the garment could still shrink a bit (2-5%)

How do I pick the right size?

There are occasionally signed items available on the store, but other than that, we are regrettably unable to have items autographed
